At the Free Medical Group of Eastern Massachusetts, we believe healthcare is a human right, not a privilege of employment or income.

Founded in 2025, we are a clinician-led nonprofit designed to meet the growing challenges of our healthcare system. Our mission is simple but vital: to provide a compassionate, patient-centered medical home for the uninsured and underinsured. We are currently building our clinical infrastructure and look forward to opening our doors to the community later in 2026.

Building a zero-cost healthcare model requires a diverse team of dedicated professionals. We are currently seeking volunteers for clinical, administrative, and strategic project roles.
  • Our Commitment: We ask for a consistent monthly commitment to ensure stable, patient-centered care.
  • Language & Experience: While healthcare backgrounds and multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) are very valuable, a heart for service is our first requirement.
